How long does delivery take?
Your order is packed and shipped in 1-3 days excluding holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. In rare cases your package can take up to 14 business days depending on your location or weather conditions could delay delivery such as hurricanes, blizzards, fires, floods, etc.
How can I get a tracking number? A tracking number will be emailed to you for each shipment. Shipments to the US can be tracked at USPS.com or on our store page under Track Your Package .

Once your item has shipped and has been given a tracking number you need to contact the shipping service for information on your package i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX. We have no control over their deliveries.
I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything. If your order has already entered processing, we won't be able to stop it.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
It is possible to cancel in 12 hours after order placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
What is the Returns/Refund policy?
You have 14 days to return/exchange your item(s). If you do not love your item you may return it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not cover shipping on returns
If you have received the wrong item or size due to our error we will gladly send you a return label at no cost to you. Once we receive the item back we we will ship the correct item to you .
Excluded items (cannot be returned): Swimsuits, undergarments, sale items, gift cards, and beauty & personal care items.

We will exchange or refund products that arrive defective or damaged. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of a replacement item. Please email photos along with a detailed description of the defect or damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
Coupons and Promo Codes:
How do I use a coupon or promo code?
Please add your code at the checkout where you’ll see the ‘discount’ code box. Type your code ,click ‘apply’, if it’s valid, your discount will be applied. Only one code per order.
Promotions and discounts:
We often have some great promotions running on our website.
Please remember, you need to enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it cannot be applied later.
What should I do if I forgot to use my coupon code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been placed.
I am missing an item form my order. What do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each shipping email will tell you the items that have shipped . Please check the shipping email from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
Gift Cards are nonrefundable. Any returns made with a gift card purchase will be given a store credit.
Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. ULM is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
